The Mandate Development Centre (TMDC) is a community-driven development hub committed to advancing social inclusion, economic empowerment, and human dignity. Operating across community development, media, and housing, TMDC designs people-centred programs that support Black communities, newcomers, youth, and individuals experiencing vulnerability by strengthening access to opportunity, restoring dignity, and amplifying voices.
